1. Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

We do not accept packages shipped with DHL, FedEx, UPS, or any other couriers. Packages that incure duties / customs or handling fees will not be accepted. If you are shipping from the US, please ship with USPS (United States Postal Service).
2. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@everysunday.ca within 15 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received by us.
4. Refund or Exchange:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 4 weeks in the same form of payment.
Exchanges will be processed, and replacement items will be shipped promptly.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@everysunday.ca with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will arrange for the return of the item and cover any associated shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
