Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD to Canada and the US. Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and will never have duties. Orders will include tracking without signature. Please see table below for estimated delivery timeframes once your order leaves the warehouse.

Express Shipping
Upgraded express shipping orders are prioritized and processed within 1 business day, with the exception of peak season and holidays which may take up to 3 business days to be processed. Please see table for estimated delivery timeframes once your order leaves the warehouse.
International Orders
Once international orders with standard shipping have left our office, we cannot guarantee real-time tracking updates. For more information on the delivery of your package, we recommend contacting your local post office as we will not have access to any additional information. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages shipped with standard shipping. If you require guaranteed delivery, please choose the express shipping option.
All international orders are also subject to import duty taxes, VAT and handling fees, which we are not responsible for. The amount of duties and taxes you may incur depends on your country.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by entering the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.
Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your orders on time, external factors such as weather conditions, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If there are any issues with the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to make corrections.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Every Sunday is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
